Shipping Policy

We want your ParkPak to arrive in plenty of time for your trip. Here's what to expect when you order.

Delivery time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically happens 3–5 business days after your order is placed, depending on where it ships to. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We recommend ordering at least a week or two before your trip so your ParkPak arrives with time to spare.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost and delivery options before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping to a resort hotel

We ship to many Disney and Universal resort hotels. Resorts may charge their own package handling fee, which isn't included in your ParkPaks total, and some limit how early they accept packages. Details are on our hotel shipping page.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window or tracking shows a problem, email us at help@ParkPaks.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
