Returns Policy

We want you to love your ParkPak. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility and item condition

The backpack and all products must be unused and in their original condition. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to request a return

Email us at help@ParkPaks.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions, including where to send your items. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. After the refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer's policies.
