Question 1

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days, with priority options available at checkout if you're cutting it close to trip day. Heading straight to your resort or hotel? Just enter that address at checkout — we'll ship right to where you're staying, so your ParkPak is waiting for you when you check in.

Question 2

Will my ParkPak fit as a carry-on or personal item?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the ParkPak works as your flight personal item, and it's flexible enough to roll up, fold flat, or stuff into your suitcase for the trip there. Once you land, it pops right back into shape as your everyday park bag.

Question 3

Is the ParkPak waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Water-resistant, not waterproof. It'll shrug off a splash at the water rides or a light drizzle without blinking. In a heavy downpour or seriously nasty weather, we'd suggest covering it or keeping it somewhere dry — good thing you've got 4 ponchos in there for exactly that scenario.

Question 4

Can I customize what's inside?

Accepted Answer

Every ParkPak comes stocked exactly the way we've tested and refined it — no substitutions. Item colors (straws, ponchos, etc.) are assigned at random, so consider it a little grab-bag fun. We've done the 'what's actually worth packing' homework already; you just grab the bag.

Question 5

How do refills work?

Accepted Answer

Used up your sunscreen and blister tape on trip one? The ParkPak Refill kit (found in our shop) restocks every consumable item from your original kit — so you're ready for the next trip without buying a whole new bag.

Question 6

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If your ParkPak isn't a fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase — pack, and all included items, must be unused and in original condition.

Question 7

I'm a Disney travel agent. Can I offer ParkPaks to my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Travel agents can give ParkPaks as a client welcome gift or offer a discounted ParkPak as a booking perk. Visit our Travel Agents page to tell us about your agency.

Question 8

How do I clean my ParkPak?

Accepted Answer

Toss it in cold water on the gentle cycle, then hang to dry. No dry cleaner required — just like everything else in the bag, we kept it low-effort.
